DRYING OVENS

The drying oven removes moisture from the pieces before moving on to the painting phase, so it is installed immediately after pretreatment. 

On spray pretreatment lines (pretreatment tunnel) ovens are designed to adapt its length to the conveyor speed and characteristics of the piece.

On immersion pretreatment lines (tanks), ovens are designed to keep inside the racks during the time required for drying.

Ovens are made with 100 mm thick insulation panels, because normally, the process temperature does not exceed 120°C.

The heat input will be installed in accordance with the availability, diesel, natural gas or propane, electricity, cogeneration, etc....
