PRETREATMENT

It is the process carried out before paint application.

This process is designed to clean and degrease the parts, removing all dirt particles.

The aim is to obtain a chemical conversion coating, which provides an enhancement to the application in terms of adhesion and corrosion.

Methods used in the pretreatment process:

• Spray (pretreatment tunnel)
  
• Immersion (tanks)
• Cryogenics

Additionally, equipment may be used to improve water quality:

• Deionized / demineralized water (more) 
• Purified water by osmosis (more)
  

Finally, the latest technologies are incorporated to reduce the environmental impact of discharges.
