This phrase summarizes the corporate culture of a family business with more than 40 years of experience, specialized in plastic and metal components finishes for the automobile industry, being the first company to install an emissions reduction system to the atmosphere to an industrial painter of plastics.

Focused on the environmental impact on the processes we offer, CABYCAL has developed the YMPACTO ZERO model, with the sole objective of minimizing the environmental impact in the surface treatment and painting field.

In this particular project provided by CABYCAL, the paint line has 6 emission points, reduced to 2 in successive stages and then combined for a total of 36,000 m3/h. This amount goes through a zeolites rotor concentrator, retaining the VOCs, releasing clean air and then transferring them to a hot flow (from the RTO) 10 times smaller than the purified flow, characterized by a VOC's concentration 10 times bigger than the initial concentration.

The solution provided by CABYCAL is a VOCs thermal regenerative incinerator that keeps the global emissions of the line below 20 mg/m3, even during peak phases.

In this way the client can provide its own industrial coating service to the highest standards of market and minimize environmental impact.
