Automated Spray and Immersion Washing Lines
Achieve efficient and highly effective immersion cleaning with our industrial washing systems.
Our washing systems are designed to clean parts made from different materials such as plastics, glass, metals and alloys, which may arrive contaminated with dirt, oils, greases, dust particles or residues from metal forming processes such as cutting, stamping, machining, drawing or molding.
Washing Systems and Washing Cabinets
At Cabycal, we design and manufacture each washing cabinet according to the specific production requirements of every customer, adapting loading mechanisms, handling systems and treatment times.
To achieve this, we carry out a detailed analysis of the parts to be treated (dimensions, geometries, etc.) as well as other key factors such as work shifts and required production rates. Based on this analysis, we propose the most suitable type of washing equipment for each application.
Our systems can incorporate advanced technologies, including spray and immersion washing, to ensure optimal cleaning results. These techniques are particularly effective for treating parts with complex geometries and for ensuring that all residues are efficiently removed.
Spray and Immersion Washing Cabinets and Systems
Washing systems are designed in various configurations, mainly classified into spray and immersion systems, using a wide range of chemical products and process variants.
The use of one system or another depends on the level of contamination and the ability to filter the washing solutions, as some systems operate with liquid recirculation. In such cases, special attention must be paid to the characteristics of the treated parts. For this reason, in addition to high-efficiency filtration systems, purification systems for washing solutions are incorporated, including oil separation and elimination of solid contaminants.
Once the parts have been cleaned, surface coating processes may be applied through chemical treatments, pickling or phosphating, depending on the final requirements.
High-pressure spray washing is essential to remove the most persistent contaminants and to guarantee a perfectly clean surface before coating processes. This method ensures that even deeply embedded dirt and residues are completely removed, optimizing the quality of subsequent chemical processes and improving final coating performance.
Types of Washing Equipment and Machines
Industrial spray washing systems are essential for the efficient and effective cleaning of parts across a wide range of sectors. They allow the treatment of a broad variety of materials and geometries, ensuring that each part is free from contaminants before entering subsequent processes.
For this reason, we offer advanced solutions that combine state-of-the-art technology with a customized approach to meet specific customer requirements.
Our washing equipment includes:
Static systems:
Parts are introduced into a washing chamber or cabinet. In most cases, parts are placed on baskets or fixtures, and washing is carried out in one or several stages. Loading and unloading can be manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic.Fixture movement systems:
Parts are mounted on fixtures that move inside the washing system. Rotational or oscillating movements are generated by pressurized spray, creating a mechanical cleaning effect combined with controlled temperature and chemical action.Spray movement systems:
When part geometry requires it, the cleaning action can be achieved by rotating the spray system itself or by longitudinal movement of the spray nozzles along the washing tunnel.Dynamic systems:
Parts are placed on fixtures or supports of different types (drag-in, overhead conveyor, parallel bar conveyors, table-type conveyors, etc.) and move automatically from the loading zone through one or several washing stages and drying zones, before final unloading.
Within dynamic washing processes, two main subtypes can be highlighted:
Continuous tunnel machines:
Designed for high-throughput applications, allowing an unlimited number of treatments. They are especially suitable for series production requiring high productivity.Step-by-step machines (indexed systems):
Combine immersion and spray processes with fixed immersion times or integrated ultrasonic washing.
Additional process features include:
Fixed cycle time:
Washing cycle times can be adjusted to maintain consistent bath properties, ensuring stable chemical concentrations and simplified control.Variable cycle time:
Allows the creation of different process schedules and variability within the same line, for example when treating different materials such as steel or aluminum that require different processing conditions.
At Cabycal, we integrate quality improvement solutions for process water supply, including reverse osmosis (RO) systems and deionized water systems (DI), with conductivity control systems (measured in microsiemens).
We also design and implement wastewater treatment processes for aqueous systems, using effluent treatment plants with partial recovery solutions, achieved through impact clarification systems.
