The information obtained is related, for example, to the number of pages visited, the language, the social network in which our news is published, the city to which the IP address is assigned from which users access, the number of users who visit us, the frequency and recurrence of visits, the time of visit, the browser they use, the operator or type of terminal from which the visit is made.

For Google Analytics we use these types of cookies:

  • utma: Used to count how many times a user visits the site. Expires after 2 years.
  • utmb: It is used to calculate the time the user has been on the web for statistical purposes. It expires 30 minutes from the last page view record.
  • utmc: It is used to calculate the time the user has been on the web for statistical purposes. It expires at the end of the session.
  • utmz: It is used to know how a user has reached the web. Expires after 6 months.
  • unam: Its purpose is to quantify the number of users who share certain content and how many web pages are visited as a result of that action.
  • jfcookie [lang]. Stores information about the user’s choice of language. Expires after 24 hours.

We use this information to improve our page, detect new needs and assess the improvements to be made in order to provide a better service to the users who visit us.
